Terms and Conditions of Sale

Ordering Process
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their basket.
They then confirm their basket and proceed to secure payment.
The order is confirmed by email once payment has been validated.

Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in euros (€). Depending on the customer's country of residence or bank, currency conversion fees may apply.
VAT is not applicable in accordance with Article 293B of the CGI (self-employed entrepreneur).

Delivery
Delivery times are indicated in our shipping policy.
In the event of a delivery delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 30 days to request a return if the product is defective.

Legal guarantees
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code).
They also benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

Liability
We cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the products purchased or force majeure.

Competent jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are subject to French law.
Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
